L.S. SOLUTIONS wants to meet the needs of our customers so we created the IKEA kitchen consultation service. The IKEA kitchen consultation is the basis of your project. It provides an IKEA 3D plan/ solutions/ itemized estimate/ guidance for all the steps your project needs and much more.
 
The consultation service will provide all the information needed from end to end. The consultation service fee is $300.00+tax (outside Toronto is a different fee). If you hire us we'll deduct $100.00 from the kitchen project estimate.
     
WHAT THE CONSULTATION SERVICE WILL PROVIDE YOU:

• After 10 business days from the consultation day, you will get a 3D IKEA plan and detailed estimate by e-mail.
• If you hire us we'll deduct $100.00 and if your project is more than $3000.00 we'll deduct an extra $100.00 from the kitchen project estimate.
• Complete understanding of all the services needed for your kitchen project.
• Thorough answers to all the  questions you have regarding the kitchen project. 

IF YOU HIRE US WHAT DO WE PROVIDE YOU?

• Assurance that you order the correct amount of building materials and the correct IKEA kitchen materials.
• Guidance from start to finish
• Referral to buying all your building materials from our recommended  manufacturers such as: the counter tops/ sink/ faucet/ tiles/ under cabinet light (working with my recommended manufacturers make the project run smoother .. no hick ups, no last minute changes)
• Provide detail of your responsibilities and our responsibilities.
• Give a work schedule and a payment schedule.
• We work like a Swiss watch. We are very meticulous and efficient  to make sure all the jobs get done at the correct time and with accuracy.
• We offer services of a licensed plumber and licensed  electrician, to make sure this jobs are done to code and meet all the  safety regulations.
• An at front service. We do not hide surprises or services. We are at front from end to end.
